In this position you will bring our talent sourcing to the next level. You are responsible for sourcing all tech positions. To find new hires you will develop your own search strategies, identify suitable candidates, and contact them on social and professional networking platforms. However, you are not only searching in Germany, but all over Europe. To get a better understanding of future candidates, you will conduct telephone interviews and afterwards present the profiles in front of relevant stakeholders. On top of that, you are responsible for a full talent pipeline. Last but not least, you are always on the look out for new sourcing-trends and help establish new ways of working in your recruiting team.
