The job

This role is all about your customers. You build relationships, you are the contact person and advisor for your key accounts, and you are wholly committed to creating the best value possible for your customers. At the same time, you keep a lookout for new sales prospects, perform regular reviews with your customers, and act on these reviews by devising appropriate measures. As well as customer contact, teamwork is important to you. That’s why you work closely with Marketing, PMO, Product, and, above all, Sales within our organization.

What we ask for

  • At least four years’ relevant experience in customer success (in the field of B2B software): business development, account management, or sales
  • A degree in economics, technology, or marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, in both internal and external contexts
  • A convincing manner in dealing with customers, knowledge of technology, and the ability to present complex subject matter in a structured way
  • German on a mother tongue level, good English skills
