We operate a platform that connects all the parties involved in company retirement plans: insurers, brokers, employers, and employees. We want to expand our portfolio for brokers by offering new products and services. Here, the emphasis is on using digital sales channels to establish cooperations and grow our partner offerings.
In this role, you are responsible for supporting the broker organizations (exclusivity, sales organizations, broker pools) in implementing and using our products. You also hold information events for brokers (workshops, training courses, and trade fairs/events).
You work closely with Product Management and our sales team to gather new requirements. In addition, you devise strategies to improve the use of our products and you experience the go-to-market strategy for our new products first-hand.
