The job

You lead our software developers, who work in a cross-functional team, and hold line-management and technical responsibility. The personal and professional development of your team is very important to you. Together, you align software development with our corporate vision – because we’re all united by one goal: to continuously enhance our platform. You work closely with our product owners to prioritize technical initiatives in the product backlog. You report directly to our CTO.

What we ask for

  • Strong technical understanding of software development and software architecture
  • At least five years’ experience as a software developer, preferably with Ruby on Rails and Vue.js
  • Experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of a large team
  • An interest in coaching and the professional development of software engineers
  • An understanding of technical and business correlations
  •  Very good English skills, German is a plus
