The job

Do you have an analytical mindset? Do you want to support a business on its journey to being a more data-driven organization? Then xbAV is the company for you. In this role, you are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our analytics systems. You use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Furthermore, you create impactful reports to visualize outputs, which senior managers use as decision support. This is a high-impact role with a significant number of touchpoints across the organization, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product.

What we ask for

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration with a focus on quantitative analysis or in a scientific field such as mathematics, computer science or statistics
  • Analytical mindset and quantitative approach to problem-solving
  • Business-savvy thinking and the ability to relate data analyses to actionable business value
  • One to two years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar
  • Proven analytic skills, including evaluation, analysis, and visualisation of data, ideally with Tableau
  • Strong Excel skills, plus willingness to learn other analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Very good German and English skills
