We use Salesforce for the areas of sales, service, and marketing. You gather our business departments’ process optimization and data maintenance requirements. You classify these requirements and work closely with our management team to agree on plausibility and prioritization. Other tasks involve consulting and coordination with our internal key users and external partners with regard to new requirements, including the general parameters and implementation options. Furthermore, you develop meaningful metrics to measure the efficiency of our processes and to contribute to the optimal management of our company.
